What I am doing
I providing strategic advisory services on change management for enterprise clients navigating AI product adoption and helping leadership teams understand how to implement workforce intelligence tools in ways that stick.
I also support Vera’s market entry approach and GTM strategy as Vera scales its enterprise client base including identifying target client profiles and advising on how to position the platform for different buyer personas.
I also advise on Vera’s pipeline development strategy and actively supporting outreach to senior leaders across industries leveraging my network to open doors with decision makers who fit Vera's target profile.
